1. Private by Default

Your training journals, workout session notes, and progress photos are stored with strict private ACLs. They are never public by default, never used for algorithmic advertising, and never indexed by search engines.

2. SMS Communications (A2P Compliance)

If you provide your phone number, we will only text you according to your explicit checkbox selections. Marketing and non-marketing consents are collected separately. Reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Not Medical Records

Fine-Tuned Fitness provides training load optimization and volume fuel targets. We do not store or process electronic protected health information (ePHI) or offer medical diagnoses.
